Our Student Chefs Table

The Chef’s Table is designed to prepare our students with the best possible training for success in the industry.  During the ten weeks of hands-on kitchen training, the Advanced Level Students raise to the challenge of becoming the Chef of the Day.  They are responsible for creating and preparing a unique four course menu and develop a budget and costing for the meal.  This is a challenge for the students in which they can express their passion for food and show WHY they want to become a Chef.  On the day of the event, the Student Chef is responsible for running the kitchen.  He/she will decide on the schedule for the staff (their classmates) and the positions they will be responsible for in the kitchen – just like a real kitchen.
