NFSTP Certification

  • Are you planning on working in the food services?

  • Do you have employees who need certification?

  • Are you working in a kitchen and need certification?

  • Are you operating a restaurant or food service?

Ontario legislation is very strict about safety in the kitchen.  Click here to view the Ontario Food Safety Standards System. As a result, many people working in the food services must be certified to show that they understand what is required to prepare food safely.  Many restaurants ask for Food Handlers Certification when hiring.

Liaison College Is An NFSTP Safety Trainer

We offer one day training sessions using the National Food and Safety Training Program model.  NFSTP is recognized across Canada and endorsed by the Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association.

In one day you will learn the basics of  what you need to know to handle food safely.  At the end of the day you will be ready to complete an exam and, if successful, receive your certification and wallet card. Don’t let the lack of a Food Handlers Card hold up your foodservice operation or career!  Get food safe today!

Don’t delay — space is limited. Contact your local Liaison College campus to register.
